originate from specialist Police, Military,
Security Service and Private Sector
organisations and where appropriate, have been
trained to approved UK Home Office Standards.
Our evidence is obtained in strict compliance
with the National Standards in Covert
Investigation (Manual of Standards for
Surveillance) and in particular, the Regulation
of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, the Police and
Criminal Evidence Act 1984, the Police Act 1997
Pt 3, the Criminal Procedures and Investigation
Act 1996, the Human Rights Act 1988 and the
European Convention Human Rights Article 6
and Article 8.
